Bee Line® Truck & Trailer Wheel Alignment

Proper alignment is one of the most effective ways to protect your tires, improve handling, and reduce unnecessary operating costs. Our alignment team has more than 15 years of experience using the Bee Line computerized alignment system to provide precise truck and trailer wheel alignments.

Alignment is not only important for steer and drive tires. Trailer tandems matter, too. Misaligned trailer axles can cause irregular tire wear on both the trailer and the power unit, creating avoidable expense and reduced performance across your fleet.

Computerized Laser Alignment

Our Bee Line alignment system uses highly visible laser technology to identify alignment errors with exceptional precision. Unlike manual or infrared-based systems, our equipment can measure alignment variables to five-thousandths of an inch.

During the alignment process, our technicians receive live readings for toe, rear tracking, and camber. This allows adjustments to be made in real time, helping ensure each correction is accurate before your equipment leaves the shop. Built-in calibration also allows our equipment to be checked regularly, supporting dependable and consistent alignment readings.

Diesel Particulate Filter Cleaning

A restricted or contaminated diesel particulate filter can affect performance, increase downtime, and lead to costly replacement if it is not addressed properly. Our DPF cleaning system uses Dual Force technology, combining compressed air and powerful vacuum pressure to remove soot and ash from the filter cells.

The system also includes pressure differential testing before, during, and after the cleaning process. This allows our team to evaluate filter condition and focus on heavily concentrated areas of soot buildup that automated systems may not fully address.

Diesel Particulate Filter Baking

Some filters require more than air cleaning alone. When wet soot or unburned hydrocarbons are present, a controlled baking process may be necessary to convert soot into ash so it can be removed effectively.

Our EvacuBurn system gradually raises and lowers temperature at a controlled rate to help protect the filter substrate. The system maintains the proper temperature long enough to support complete regeneration while reducing the risk of damage caused by rapid temperature changes.
